We request you to take time to read the terms and conditions of Spine Pearl Safaris’ services. By confirming a safari with us, it means, you have read, understood and also accepted our terms and conditions as stated below.   • By making a booking with us, it means you have accepted our quotation. We shall then go ahead to issue a deposit invoice or full payment invoice depending on the time of booking the trip. We shall also issue you with a booking confirmation
  • Spine Pearl Safaris Ltd. provides transportation, accommodation bookings, restaurant meals, excursions and other services in cooperation with other independent suppliers.
  • All packages are subject to availability and cannot guaranteed until you ask us to confirm the services and we have given you a written confirmation with the same. This is because a lot of the lodges, hotels and even some excursions offered by us have limited capacity and therefore it is important to make reservations well in advance of your planned trip in order to avoid last minute disappointments.
  • Gorilla permits are sold on first come first serve basis to the open market and sale out way in advance in the peak season therefore a quick response is advised. To book gorilla permits, we need fully payments, your full names as they appear on your passport and your passport number, these also applies to reserving a flight.
  • Spine Pearl Safaris offers detailed itineraries based on their best Safaris’ knowledge, product Knowledge and also on the latest information available. Spine Pearl Safaris cannot be liable for modified information from third parties.
  • For any special requirements, preferences such as dietary requirements, celebration of special events, medical needs and any related requests Indulge of Africa safaris requests that this is availed at the timing of confirming the client’s arrangements or before confirming anything.
  • Spine Pearl Safaris reserves the right to change and amend the trip schedule, transportation, accommodation and services indicated in the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances before arrival or on ground and will advise the client’s immediately. .
  • Should client’s wish to amend their bookings in any way, Spine Pearl safaris will be happy to make the arrangements where possible at no extra cost unless the new services attract a certain fee , this will then to added the their actual cost
  • A binding contract will exist between you and Spine Pearl Safaris as soon as we have issued a booking confirmation. This will have all the details of your booking, we request to you go through this and advice if we are on the same page to avoid last minute confusions and frustrations.
  • Pricings that we have shared with our clients and on our website are subject to change without prior notice until after confirmation.
  • B. Quotes on all our itineraries are inclusive of all activities, meal and accommodations as well as excursions as described on our itinerary except for the items noted on our exclusions.
  • Spine Pearl Safaris has all the rights to make changes on the quotes shared should there be any sudden changes in prices, however we shall ensure that this does not affect confirmed bookings and we shall also try to ensure there are no increments in our quotations.
  • D. We request all travelers to check their visa, passport, and health and visa requirements beforehand and have all the necessary information for travel. This they can do with the different embassies as well as consulates,

We are always happy to provide general information to our clients for instance, most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months, some countries strictly require online application for visas, be sure to double check information like this .

  •  Our pricings are always advised based on the itineraries shared all that is included will clearly be stated in the inclusions while all that is not included will be stated in our exclusions.
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing and shall be effected once we confirm receipt of the e-mail.

Below is our cancellation policy

60 days or more prior to arrival 10% charge;

59 – 30 days prior to arrival 25% charge;

29 – 7 days prior to arrival 50% charge;

7 – 0 days prior to arrival 100% charge.

Gorilla permits and Chimpanzee permits are non-refundable.

No shows as well as late arrivals incur 100% cancellation fees.

  • Appropriate insurance is a must have for any of your holidays with us, we advise such insurance to include repatriation incases of accidents, illness, death, medical expenses and personal injury. This is because your safety comes first for us at Spine Pearl safaris and we want to be able to help you better in cases of any emergences
  • As Spine Pearl we offer flying doctors as a must to all our clients in case of accidents and medical emergencies with evacuation services to the best facilities in East Africa in Nairobi
  • Bookings are fully confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total cost of your safari and should your safari involve gorilla trekking and chimpanzee tracking, we shall require a full payment for the permits in order to secure them.
  • Payments may be made through a transfer into our bank account net of bank charges or use of credit cards. Please note that credit card payments attract a 5% surcharge.
  • Balance payments for safaris must be made 45 day prior to clients arrival date except for cases where Spine Pearl Safaris has an understanding with a particular agent/Traveller.
  • For any booking that payments have not been made, Spine Pearl safaris has a right to cancel the booking.
  • For any last minute bookings, payments must be made in full.
  • As Spine Pearl safaris we shall do our very best always to ensure all travellers have a smooth safari. However, should you encounter any problems along the way, please feel free to reach us through your guide who is your immediate contact or reach out to our offices through the contact numbers / emails shared.

We encourage you to send a formal complaint letter / email to our office should you for any reason feel you haven’t been helped or the complaint has not been addressed well.

  • Spine Pearl safaris encourages travellers to report complaints as soon as they happen so that they can be effectively handled and addressed ,
  • Spine Pearl Safaris shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to travellers or their property, we therefore encourage travellers to look after their property as We try our best to ensure their safety.
  • Although we shall take great care, we are not to be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions.
  • Spine Pearl Safaris cannot accept liability or be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including flight delays.
